Movewell embraces the concepts of keeping our body and spine active and mobile. We live in a society where sitting and sedentary activities are increasingly common thus ensuring we #movewell through exercise is more important than ever. We notice our JSC community that embrace the #movewell concept will

Staywell embraces the habits and routines we adopt to ensure our body is in a good place working between 80%-100% of our best

This includes promoting to our JSC community the concept of “MOT appointments in our Chandlers Ford office so even when your body is out of pain, you create the habit of a 4, 6 , 8 week “MOT” appointment with your Chiropractor or Sports Massage Therapist to ensure any little twinges aches and niggles from modern life are taken care of.
